The Conservative leader faces questions about the right of provinces who want to opt out of a national pharmacare plan with full compensation and no conditions. He is asked as well about the federal government's decision to re-impose visa requirements for Mexican nationals visiting Canada in an effort to address the rising number of asylum seekers.
