Many people ordered this mini drone thinking that it would be easy to control with a smartphone or tablet touch screen. I owned a Parrot Bebop and I was not comfortable at all with the tablet controls (via smartphone even worse), I'm speaking about birtual sticks, not the tilting, tilting controls: even worse. The same for the Eachine E50 Elfie drone... I begun having fun with it thanks to this hack. After (sweating) a bit, the touch screen seems less responsive... on the other hand, a remote controller or as I show you in this video even a console gamepad offers a much better feeling. The only downside of this demo is that I put the smartphone on the floor, thus I can't really use all the DJI Go features. But I believe people may find a mount etc.

Note: at 10-20m I started having connection problems: I mean the touch screen was behaving strangely. I'm not sure if it's because of this hack or because of the poor WIFI signal with the drone. I need to investigate and try with a different device.

Tested with a Xiaomi Mi 4c phone with Android 7.1.2 (MIUI 8, latest).

This is hack for Android users with a rooted device. Use at your own risk.
