During the auspicious festival of Chhath Mahaparv, a heartbreaking incident took place in Patna’s Lohanipur area, where a family’s years of hard-earned savings — meant for their daughters’ weddings — were stolen.

According to reports, thieves broke into the house by breaking every lock and almirah, stealing cash and valuables worth several lakhs of rupees. The incident was captured on the CCTV camera, clearly showing the culprits in action.

The distressed family immediately dialed 112 (Emergency Response) and filed a complaint with the local police. However, no significant action or response has been taken so far, leaving the family in tears and despair.

The woman of the house emotionally shared her pain, saying she had saved the money for her daughters’ marriage for years, and everything was gone in one night.
