What is Khatian
khatian means landlord’s name and tenant’s name, land mark number, quantity, nature, rent rate, etc., along with details of one or more landowners’ land-arisen land records that are prepare during the land survey, is Khatian.

According to the law, if you can satisfy the court with special consideration in this case, you can get a maximum of one more year to file a case. A lawsuit can file in the said tribunal to modify the latest ledger prepare by the government. If any mistake is found in previous register, you look for expiation by going to the court of jurisdiction for seeking a declaration to rectify the errors in the register.

If the court is not satisfy for the amendment of your records even after bringing the case to the tribunal. if the case is dismiss you are aggrieve by the judgment of the said tribunal, you can file a leave to appeal in the appellate division of the Honorable Supreme Court.
