This video shows where to find the VIN number, engine number and elusive emissions sticker on a Triumph Scrambker 400X motorcycle. I bought my 400X out of state and had to get a VIN verification at the CA DMV. I thought it was just a quick look at the stickers but he was asking for the emissions certification sticker and we couldn't find it. I searched on Google quickly with no luck. Called the dealership and talked to two sales reps and they couldn't tell me. DMV closed and I rode down to the dealer to talk with the service department. When I got there, the sales reps figured it out and told me it was under a panel under the seat. I went home and started taking the motorcycle apart to find the sticker. This video shows all the places the DMV will look for to verify the motorcycle.

1- VIN stamped into frame on the headset, right side
2- VIN sticker left side of frame in front
3- Engine number in the front of the engine under the cylinder head stamped into casing
4- Emissions sticker attached to underside of right side panel, under the seat.
