Ingredients:

Chocolate Cake
• 180g flour
• 20g cocoa powder
• 70g vegetable oil
• 180g mashed banana
• 60g lukewarm water (1)
• 120g white sugar
• ¼ tsp salt
• 10g baking powder
• 60g lukewarm water (2)
• ¼ tsp vanilla
• 1 tbsp white vinegar

Chocolate Sauce
• 60g dark chocolate
• 120g mashed banana (1 medium banana)
• 30g butter
• 40g crushed biscuits

Instructions:
1. Mash the bananas until completely smooth.
2. Add the oil and lukewarm water (1) and mix well.
3. Add the sugar and vanilla and stir to combine.
4. Add all the dry ingredients and whisk gently.
5. Add lukewarm water (2) and mix again until smooth.
6. Finally, add the vinegar and mix just until combined.
7. Pour the batter into the pan and bake in a preheated oven until fully cooked.

Chocolate Sauce:
1. Mash the banana until smooth.
2. Add the dark chocolate, butter, and crushed biscuits.
3. Heat for about 2 minutes until the chocolate and butter melt.
4. Blend with a blender or hand blender until smooth.
5. Spread the sauce over the cake using a spoon and decorate with chocolate chips.
