MFP update: Dear Imgui UI (WIP)

An intro to MFP, a graphical patching language for creating sound and music, focusing on the new UI built with Dear Imgui.

You can download the MFP source at https://github.com/bgribble/mfp . It is currently only for Linux and there aren't any prebuilt packages.

The patches that are screenshotted at the beginning are:

1. Simple Synth: the simplest possible MIDI synthesizer. It produces a monophonic sine wave output.
