This video covers the first two days of our trip to Sapa in Northern Vietnam.

Since the weather of Sapa in Spring is changeful, it is foggy from time to time.

When we arrived at Sapa on the evening of March 27, 2019, the fog there was very thick. We could hardly see anything 3 to 5 meters from us. It was rather chilly too.

The next day, the weather continued to be foggy and wet. That's why we decided to go to Hekou of China, which is just next to Lao Cai of Vietnam.

This detour had been in our plans for a long time. We could not make it in the past because of the rather undesirable trains running between Hanoi and Lao Cai. Now, there is a very nice highway connecting Hanoi with Lao Cai. That's why we made it to Hekou on this trip.
