In Minsk, not far from Yakub Kolas Square, the exhibition of radio and audio equipment "Empire of Sound" has been open for some time. We decided to look there to awaken nostalgic notes in our souls, and at the same time prepared a small photo report for you (although in real life everything looks much more interesting).
There are interesting examples there, looking at which you ask yourself: "Did they do it better before?"
Fans of technology can get stuck here for hours, especially next to equipment from Asia. Here you will find both well-known brands and forgotten ones, simply popular in their time or those that have changed their occupation. There are portable and not so portable devices, TVs - the most compact and large, and in general electronics, the existence of which a modern person does not think about (and young people simply cannot imagine).
In total, there are about 1,300 pieces of equipment here, the basis of the exhibition is Soviet equipment, and certainly everything from the last century.
