The board is plywood sprayed matt black with a water-based paint.

The dimensions of the board are 100cm by 50cm. As I mentioned in the video, I feel an extra 10cm height would be better. The depth of the board is 1cm.

Each module (number) has four mounting holes in the corners. We used screws with a size of 4.0 x 16mm. Over the top of the screws we placed small round adhesive caps to hide the silver screw heads. If you can find black screws, you wouldn't need the caps.

The material mentioned in the video we want to use to replace the plywood is Composite Honeycomb Aluminium. This can be purchased in black so that saves on the spraying. It is also much lighter, stronger and weather-proof.
