Weiss Schwarz Sets Not Allowed In Bulgaria Regionals

There are 14 sets total that aren't allowed for the Bulgaria Regionals. I understand there are reasons as to why some countries don't allow certain sets like how we had the issue with Costa Rica and Overlord/Nazarick. But this many sets being "banned", so to speak, greatly shifts what can and can't be played. It feels like it completely cancels the results and makes it pointless.
