I recently made a post in the Paleo Analysis community tab asking people for their opinions on something. Basically I want to to make paleo catalog videos about different animals that are more obscure and less well known to science. The videos would be a little shorter because we obviously have less fossil evidence for them but I feel like they deserve a spotlight all the same. So I asked my subscribers for ideas on different less well know prehistoric animals that you would like to see me give the paleo catalog treatment.

I had a bunch of fantastic responses but the one that stood out to me for a great first video in this series was a suggestion that came from Skylar Cox, who recommended the little known enigma for the the rainforest of Pleistocene Australia called Palorchestes. This strange animals fragmentary remains have led naturalists to struggle with their understanding of it so much that even naming it has been something of a problem.
