Oink-A-Doodle Moo's BBQ Platter Challenge

For the second stop of my road trip to the Benny's Pizza Invitational, I dropped into Steve & Tammy's Tavern in Miamisburg, Ohio to take on Oink-a-Doodle Moo's "E-I-E-I-O" BBQ Platter Challenge! Brave eaters have just one hour to finish one full rack of BBQ ribs, one large barbecue chicken breast, a massive sandwich consisting of: pulled chicken, pulled pork, sliced brisket, and brisket tips all smothered in coleslaw and more BBQ sauce, along the way you must finish 3 8oz sides of your choice. Winners earn their challenge meal for free, a groovy t-shirt, and a spot up on the Wall of Fame!
