rPPG: Lab test with baseline measurements

In this test, I am running a simple Remote Photoplethysmography (rPPG) algorithm to measure heart rate contactlessly using video.

The analysis is done offline based on the video from a Logitech C270 webcam in 480x640 resolution at 30 fps. Physiological baseline measurements were made using Bioplux PPG and ECG. I use a sliding 12s time window to calculate HR with rPPG, PPG and ECG.

The lab has great illumination and the subject is not moving much.
