Hello🤔The video above shows a mechanic using a very effective and common technique to remove a heavy truck tire from the axle. This technique relies heavily on the use of a specialized roller and body strength to overcome the weight and fixation of the large tire. This is the most important tool. It has small wheels that help the tire roll on the ground easily once removed. The mechanic first places the roller directly under the tire that has been loosened from the axle, then the mechanic uses his feet and hands to fix the position of the roller directly under the edge of the tire. Then, he leans over and uses his body strength to create a strong pushing force. The purpose is to pry the tire away from the bolts and place the weight of the tire on the roller.
