DoorDash Customer SCAMS for FREE FOOD | I Got a Contract Violation...

Recently, I got a contract violation because a customer fraudulently reported their order as never arrived so that she could get free food. Unfortunately, this happens all too often to us drivers in the gig economy and especially on DoorDash, but this girl had some serious AUDACITY. I am speaking out against how DoorDash approaches customer reports like this, and how the approach does nothing good for anyone (including DoorDash)- except for a greedy, selfish customer.
