Träffar Joey Tempest/Europe 10 mars 2004

Swedish. Skivsignering med Europe på Bengans i Göteborg den 10 mars 2004. De hade precis släppt en Best Of-CD och DVD, men däremot inget nytt album ännu. Jag frågade Joey Tempest om de skulle spela någon annanstans detta år än på Sweden Rock - jag nämnde "t.ex. Scandinavium eller Globen" - och Joey svarade att det i så fall skulle bli nästa år. Ändå såg jag Europe i Scandinavium senare redan detta år, den 22 oktober 2004.

The band had just reunited after being split up for 12 years, and was promoting a Best Of CD & DVD, but had yet to release a new studio album. I asked Joey Tempest whether they were planning any stadium or arena concerts in Sweden - for example Scandinavium (in Gothenburg) or Globen (in Stockholm) - in addition to being set to perform at the Sweden Rock Festival in June. Joey´s response was that any such concerts would have to wait until "next year". However, on 22nd of October this year, 2004, I did see Europe in concert at Gothenburg´s Scandinavium stadium.
