Steps:

This tutorial works for Sony Bravia TV’s running Android TV Software.

On most sony android TVs there should be a web browser installed by default.

Start by going to the homepage of your TV, and then selecting ‘apps’ from the left sidebar.

In your list of installed apps, look for ‘internet browser’.

This is a fully functioning web browser which can be controlled with the basic remote control, you can use the arrow buttons to control the mouse on screen. although if you connect a mouse and keyboard to your TV it will make the experience much better.

If there isn’t a browser installed on your Sony Bravia, or if you’d like a better one, we can download one from the App Store.

Find the app store in your list of apps and open it. If you are not signed in to a google account already you will have to sign in here before you can install apps.

In the search bar of Google Play, search for ‘Puffin TV Browser’.

Unfortunately you can't download browsers such as Firefox and chrome on Sony Android TVs. Puffin TV Browser is the best free browser available in my opinion.

Once you have downloaded it , it will be saved in your apps page.

You now have a functioning web browser on your Sony Bravia TV
