This kind of continuous motion machines like GD33R are composed of a main assembly turret, peripheral star wheels of components inlet and exit star wheel. This configuration is flexible and it will be defined depending the requested speed by the number of heads and the presence of inlet star wheels of components.

Working cycle:
Every head of main turret is moved by cams on the vertical lane for taking the components or managing their assembly, this happens during the revolution of the main turret.
The head of the station keeps the upper component by vacuum for keeping it continuously in flat and aligned with the second component during their assembly. The exit star wheel has to remove the assembled components from the turret and transferring to the exit of the machine. During this path the parts can be checked by Camera Vision System or Laser sensors and ejected in an appropriate chanel if they did not pass the controls.
