Pick and place packaging line from Schubert loads biscuits into trays

Our Belgian customer Destrooper-Olivier had been looking for an exceptionally precise, product-friendly and high-performance packaging process for its delicate products – wafer-thin biscuits. With our solution, a special device spreads the biscuits at even distances before a scanner determines their precise position on the belt. Using positioning data, the control system regulates the nine F4 robots that are positioned in series. The pick-and-place robots take the individual products by means of vacuum – precisely in their centre – and place them gently into the individual tray cavities.
