Methods to cook any type of gosht ka saalan /
shorba / mutton gravy
Methode 1
1/2 cup oil, 1/2 kg mutton
1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
salt to taste, 2 tsp red chilli powder
1 cup sliced onion, 2 cup water, 1 sliced tomatoes
6 potatoes, 1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 cup tamarined, salt
2 green chillies, coriander leaves
Methode 2
1/2 cup oil, 3 onion, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp red chilli powder
1 cup chopped toamatoes, 1 tsp salt
3/4 cup curd, 350 gm mutton
1 tsp dhania masala, 250 gm ladyfinger, water
salt to taste, coriander leaves
Methode 3
mutton, water
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 turmeric
red chilli powder
1/2 cup paste of roasted peanuts & roasted coconut
1 cup tomatoes, 200 gm bottle guard, salt
dhania masal, coriander powder, coriander leaves
Methode 4
1/2 oil, 3 sliced onion, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 kg mutton, 2 cups tomato paste
2 cup water, coconut paste
1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder
lemon juice, drumskicks
1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cmin powder
1/2 cup coconut paste, 1 glass water
salt to taste, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp crushed garlic & red chillies
curry leaves, coriander leaves
salt to taste, 1 lemon juice
