Togbao-Pulak-Sta. Fe Road opens every 4:30 in the afternoon until 7:00 in the next morning. This time schedule is based on the workers' time off of duty in construction. The road gives you a shortcut when heading to Palo-Carigara Road. It saves you 17 minutes of travel and of course it saves your gasoline. It took us 19 minutes of travel from Tigbao to Sta. Fe traversing this tertiary road shortcut.
