I will show you what to look for when diagnosing a machine for a bad temp sensor. I will show you the return line that the sensor should go on and where the sensor should connect to once it is in place. These temperature sensors play a vital role in the proper functioning of the machine as it tells the control board the status of the inlet and return temperatures at all times so if one sensor goes bad it will either shut down that barrel or sometimes it will shut down the whole machine until the sensor is replaced.
