A Quiet Place - Opening Sequence - Minecraft Animation

(Most of) the opening sequence of A Quiet Place, done in Minecraft Animation!

It feels so good to finally post this. I've been working on it on and off since Feb. 15th, 2022. Really buckled down and worked hard on it the last couple months. I've learned a ton, and I might do a video talking about a few specific things that I think could help some other people out too.

In case anyone's curious, I used the VirtuCam addon for blender to track in realtime my phone's movement. That's how I created the camera movement for most of the shots.
I used MCprep and Mineways for the Minecraft world, and the Thomas Animations Rig remastered by BlueEvilGFX for the characters.

The audio's directly from the movie. I frame-by-frame lined up every shot (mostly? There were a few times where it was weirdly one frame off) so that all the action lines up exactly with the audio.
