Dwight Lindop, RCH WS Operator/Field Tech is wearing the hat at the table.

Also present were the following McLendon-Chisholm City Council Members: McLendon-Chisholm City Council Mayor Pro Tem Trudy Woessner, McLendon-Chisholm City Council Member Dan Tucker, McLendon-Chisholm Board of Adjustments Chairwoman Bev Stibbens.

Key highlights:
• Dwight Lindop Operator/Field Tech Quit.
• Velvin & Weeks to do an inspection of the system.
• Audit Letter of Engagement Approved.
• Past minutes noted that there was never an audit done in years.
• Elevated Tank Cleaning scheduled with a dive team between the week of May 23, 2023.

The meeting has improved on being compliant with the Texas Government Code 551.
