Fixing Xenoblade's Field Skills ft. Movement Options

I know that 15 minutes of Torna footage in the middle is super fraudulent, but it IS from my first playthrough of the game on release date so maybe a little slack is in order? Either way, I have some ideas on how field skills can be improved instead of removed in future Xenoblade titles, so here's an outline of the problems that exist and how I'd remedy them, with a little discussion of how to make movement in games without Skells more fun on the side!
