Buckwheat Pancake Recipe
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
3/4 cup water
1 large egg
2 tbsp allulose
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup (148g) buckwheat flour

Whisk together the melted butter, yogurt, water, egg and allulose. In a separate bowl, mix together the buckwheat flour, salt and baking powder. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir just until combined. Cook pancakes on a lightly greased medium heat skillet until browned and cooked through.
