Switching Skype calls with ATEM Studio HD

One of my viewers asked how he could switch between two Skype users in full screen using the Blackmagic ATEM Studio HD. He wanted the highest quality, so each caller would be on a separate computer so that he can use a hardware switcher instead of software like Vmix or Ecamm live. The challenge is to have each Skype caller hear each other without hearing themselves as an echo. This is called Mix Minus, because they need to hear everything except themselves on the Skype Audio.

Although I have been in video switching for years and I've been using software to do this and haven't done Mix Minus since I was a Radio DJ many years ago. I was so confused that I had to draw a diagram in Apple Keynote! I hope this helps you all during these virtual times!
