It underscores the fact that a Cesarean delivery is not just a birth but a significant medical procedure that impacts the entire body. We must remember to be patient and gentle with ourselves as our bodies begin the complex process of rehabilitation and recuperation.

The Food Paradox: Nourishment and Anxiety:_

The hospital kitchen has been delivering an array of truly delicious and comforting meals, one after another. In a strange paradox, while my body is recovering from trauma, the constant flow of appealing food has sparked a familiar anxiety: the fear of unnecessary weight gain.
