-1/4 onion, diced
-Handful chopped celery
-Handful chopped carrot
-1 clove garlic, chopped
-Low sodium chicken stock
-1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
-1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
-Handful brown rice pasta (or regular pasta)
-Cooked chicken
-1 tsp salt
-Ground black pepper to taste
