जब पलकें बाद में गिरती हैं, तो मांसपेशी अपनी जगह से खिसक जाती है। मांसपेशी को वापस सही जगह पर लाने के लिए सर्जरी जरूरी है, क्योंकि व्यायाम से यह नहीं हो सकता। गलत व्यायाम करने से मांसपेशी और भी खिसक सकती है।

Can exercises really correct Ptosis? The short answer is no, and in this video, I'm going to explain why.
First of all, let's define what Ptosis is. Ptosis, also known as droopy eyelid, is a condition where the upper eyelid droops over the eye, partially or completely blocking the vision. It can be caused by a number of factors such as aging, injury, or nerve damage.
Now, you may have heard about certain exercises or techniques that claim to correct Ptosis. These exercises involve stretching and strengthening the muscles around the eye in order to lift the droopy eyelid. However, there is no scientific evidence to support the effectiveness of these exercises.
Ptosis is a medical condition and like any other medical condition, it requires proper treatment. In most cases, Ptosis can only be corrected through surgery. The surgery, called Ptosis repair, involves tightening the levator muscle which is responsible for lifting the eyelid. This is a delicate procedure that should only be performed by a qualified and experienced ophthalmologist.
Engaging in exercises or using home remedies for Ptosis may not only be ineffective but can also delay the necessary treatment. Delaying treatment can lead to further complications such as vision problems, headaches, and even permanent damage to the eye.
