Easy method to introduce Beetroot to children. Beetroot increases heamoglobin levels for better immunity.

For Dosa batter
1 cup urad dal round
2 cups boiled rice/ idly rice
2 cups sonamasuri rice
1/4th tsp methi seeds/ Fenugreek seeds
1tbsp Chanadal
Soak urad dal separately and rice separately with methiseeds and chanadal for 5 hours. Grind uraddal to a smooth fluffy paste and rice batter to a slight coarse paste. mix both and let it ferment for 8 hours. add salt.
