On August 27, 2022, due to your misleading information to the public. You received and removed (video) on your Instagram numerous complaints, including my comment that your video caused angst emotions among professional #electrologists.

On September 27, 2022, you reinstated the same footage on your Instagram with a rewrite in your description and included a second video on September 28, 2022, with a favourable patient testimonial. BRAVO!

I can appreciate the testimony, but I am perplexed on why you would not welcome a professional debate regarding this matter. You failed to answer (REMOVED) two of my questions which I have included in this presentation.

I understand that you believe what you are stating is factually correct because you base it on your experience. However, I'm afraid you are incorrect despite your medical professional (Dental) credentials.

The following videos dispel your perception of what you state is correct. Hair colour is of no importance with electro-epilation; however, the practitioner's SKILL level is! If you or your staff require numerous sessions to kill white hair, I would suggest additional training, as one single treatment is all that is needed.

#Electrolysis (electro epilation) requires multiple sessions due to different hair cycles as no one PERSON presents all their hair at any given time; this also includes your lovely patient, who is delighted with your invasive FUE treatment, which will also require additional treatment as the hairs presented in the photo where the only ones treated. What about the hairs that have yet to grow?

We aim to spread the word that #electrolysis IS permanent if performed by a skilled #Electrologist. We need the hair to be visible so we can aim for the follicle, which is the target area to stop any baby hair germ cells from forming new hairs.

It has not been enough time for this patient to see the full results as time is needed for other surrounding follicles to grow an already stimulated ( problematic ) hair during another growth cycle. So these will also need to be treated too. Over time the area will become more sparse and clear of unwanted hairs.

The growth cycle means we have continual hair growth over our body all year round, and it grows, it sheds; otherwise, we would be 3x as hairy, and then it would drop out at the same time, and we would all be bald! If hormones come into play again, other follicles carrying hair germ cells could be stimulated, which will need to be treated.
