Silver Springs State Park, Ocala, Florida

In this video Salvatore Vinciguerra travels to the Silver Springs State Park in Ocala, Florida. First he shows you the main "road-side attraction" part of the part with the world famous glass bottom boats, shares with you some of the history of the park and how it developed into a state park.

Salvatore then shows you the amphitheater, gardens, education center, and where they filmed numerous underwater motion pictures and movies. Then, he shows you the RV campsites, cabins, children's playground, picnic facilities, Silver River Museum, recreated Florida Cracker village, and takes you on the hike on the River Trail and the River Loop. This is a also a great park for biking, boating, and horseback riding.
