I know that if we commit ourselves to rising above partisanship – if we commit ourselves to working and voting together – that history will say of us that when our time of testing came we prevailed because we loved our country more.”

Former U.S. Representative, attorney, and author Liz Cheney rocked the Republican party in 2021 when she spoke out against President Donald Trump’s actions following the January 6th attack on the Capitol. On February 17, 2024, she rocked The Richmond Forum with a rallying cry to join her in her fight to preserve American democracy.
