Hello my friends and Welcome to my yoga channel.
Thank you so much for stopping by I appreciate it so much and if you're brand new here then I cant wait to start this journey with you.

This is your Full Body Yin Yoga practice to release and rediscover. A chance to slow down, connect back with yourself, and use your breath to delve deeper into those tight muscles and joints. Listen to what your body and mind have to say, who knows what you might uncover.

Yin Yoga is a practice that puts gentle and healthy pressure on the joints, using the breath to release and relax into each posture, as we hold each pose anywhere from 1 - 20 minutes.
The use of props is very helpful In our Yin practice, as they aid in helping us to fully relax the muscles.
We aren't looking to show the poses in a certain way here, instead, to sink deeper into them, allowing the fascia and connecting tissue around our muscles and joints to soften.

In this practice we target the lower body first by stimulating the meridians where they start in the toes. Then gradually moving up, we add in upper body stretches and back lengthening and twisting. Closing on our back with a gentle cool down and a lengthy svasana.

Make sure to move slowly in and especially out of these poses my friends.
Listen to your body as it feels the echo of the pose after a long hold.

And remember - THIS TOO SHALL PASS.

If you find yourself in physical pain or you feel a twinge, then please come away from the stretch and either take it lighter or use props to help support you.
You should be in a place of comfort and discomfort in each posture, but as always, nothing worth having comes too easy, so stick with me and keep breathing!
