How to Build In A Studio Ghibli Style: The Okino Residence

Today we will be building The Okino Residence from Kiki's Delivery Service in Minecraft.

I love the films of Studio Ghibli and in this series, I plan to be truly inspired by the films. The aim is to build items either directly from or very heavily inspired by the films.

For episode 1 we will take a go at building the home of Kiki's family. It is a lush green build with plenty of fun features. But as I am not so used to building houses I decided to follow Pixlriffs example by trying out a one-block style build to get the shape right.

I have a real love for the style of Studio Ghibli and so I am very excited to see if and how I can do them justice by building them in Minecraft. If you have any suggestions for films, builds or techniques that you feel would help me on this journey please do let me know. So in this series, we will be looking at Minecraft but it's Studio Ghibli-inspired.
