1. Search "notepad ++" using any browser on your computer.
The first answer of the results list is "https://notepad-plus-plus.org/downloads/", which is the official page of Notepad ++.
Click on its link.
You will be taken directly to the Download page where you can download the app.

2. Notepad ++, is designed for 32-bit system type and 64-bit system type.
On your computer's search icon, write and search "system properties" to check your computer's system type.
