I am FAA 14 CFR Part 107 UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems) certified however, many of the videos found on this channel were shot prior to that FAA rating. Moving forward my videos will be shot in a manor inline with the FAA 107 rating requirements and low level chase footage of the racing is fully discontinued until my request for an FAA 107.39 waiver is approved.
