Drawing an animated cloud & adding it as a sub xsheet in OpenToonz

Here, I share the process I went through to animate a floating thought bubble in for my last entry to the 11 second club.

I talk about how I drew the animation, using a guide layer, why I drew it the way I did. Then I show how I added this scene into a different scene in another project! Then I animated some movement of the bubble and used the effects to “matte in” another columns drawings.
