Mount Elbrus - 5642 meters (18,510 ft) is one of the Seven Summits, located in the very heart of the Great Caucasus Mountains, and is the Highest Summit in Europe. Locally referred to as, “Mingitau,” or “the mountain of a thousand mountains,” Mount Elbrus is a massive, dormant double-coned volcano covered in eternal snow. Elbrus is an ideal for those looking to summit all the 7 summits, as the climbing itself often times not very technical, but still gives the climber very high altitude exposure. We are proud that for over 6 decades since 1953, Russian Mountain Holidays has been helping climbers from all over the world achieve their dreams of climbing the highest point in Europe!
