4. Waa Solar's IPO will open from subscription on 31 May - 4 June.
5. Price Band : Rs. 161/share.
6. Issue Size : Rs. 32 Cr.

Future Plans:
To double the capacity in 1 or 2 years.
Reduce the cost of the project.
To expand business in gulf countries.

Goverment Initiatives:
Target to achieve 175 GW renewable energy capacity by the year 2022.
