Expiration dates on canned fish... Does it matter? In this video I eat a can of Mackerel that is 8 years beyond the "Best if Used By" date. Since cans are packaged several years prior to that date, this group of fish had been swimming in the oceans about 11 or 12 years prior to consumption. Many would frown on my lack of alarm, and I don't necessarily promote eating cans this old, but it caused no harm to me.

Why do I have these YouTube Channels?

. . . Toastmasters is the worlds most recognized Public Speaking organization.

Why don't I smile more?
. . . I'm always smiling inside.
. . . But my focus on the topic overrides my facial expressions.
. . . I usually smile at the end of each video, when the pressure is off.
. . . But I'll try to improve on that.

Why do I like sardines?
1. They are the perfect food.
2. They are sustainably harvested.
3. Since few people like them, I will never run out of them.
4. They are nostalgic . . . my dad and uncles all ate them. I will too.
