A soft, fluffy, and easy 1234 chocolate cake made without yogurt or butter — a simple snack cake that’s perfect with tea or coffee.
This cake is moist, light, and rich in chocolate flavor, making it ideal for everyday baking.

Ingredients:

• 2 eggs
• 190 g flour
• 200 g sugar
• 120 g vegetable oil
• 210 g milk
• 10 g baking powder
• 2 g salt
• ½ tsp vanilla
• 80 g hot water
• 35 g cocoa powder

Instructions:

1. Whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla with a mixer until well combined.
2. Add the milk and oil, then mix until smooth.
3. Sift the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt over the batter and gently mix.
4. Add the hot water and whisk gently until the batter is smooth.
5. Pour the batter into a 20×30 cm pan lined and greased.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) until fully baked.
7. Let cool before slicing.
