Photographer Yan Morvan explains his courage and how he managed to infiltrate gangs in Paris, travel to over 20 different war zones and why after taking multiple bullets and being kidnapped by a serial killer he continued to choose dangerous assignments. His latest publication is of photographs he took in Northern Ireland in the early 1980s. He says he decided to publish them because when he saw the Brexit vote he thought of the region and fears it could easily slip back into its violent past.
