White matar - 1.5 cups (boiled)
Chopped onion - 1/2 cup
Chopped tomatoes - 1/2 cup
Green chilli - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Mango powder - 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Red chili - 1 tsp
Tamarind water - 3 tbsp
Green Chutney - 3 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Mix well

Oil - 2 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Red chilli - 1/2 tsp
Sliced onion - 1/2 cup
Sliced tomatoes - 1/2 cup
sauté for 3-4 mins
Add the prepared chole mix
cook on medium heat for 5-7 mins
Garnish with ginger julienne

On a Tawa add butter & coriander leaves and heat the kulcha
