Could this be the world's smallest wireless microphone?

In this video I'll be checking out the Boya BY-WM3U 2.4 GHz wireless microphone.

This has to be the smallest wireless mic I have ever seen and I wander if it is the smallest commercial product in the world?

I was quite impressed with the industrial design of the product which includes a hard case that doubles up as a charger.
