Juicy, light and delicious turkey meatballs
You will need:
2 pounds ground turkey 93% lean
1/2 large onion chopped/ 1 1/2 cups
1 poblano pepper chopped finely
2 lage garlic cloves mashed
2 tbsp fresh chopped tarragon
1tsp dry thyme
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tbsp herb de provence seasoning
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup plain panko bread crumbs
24.5 oz. 700 g tomato puree
1 cup of plain panko crumbs to coat meatballs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup parmesan cheese/ 27g
basil to serve
ciabatta bread
1 clove of garlic for the bread
60 -70 g of butter for the whole recipe
