As many of you requested, here is the previous video but without the music as we are talking.
We have finally brought our first Irish Derelict house and In this video you will start to see the house regain some of its life and character, Small steps make big differences.
We are now able to to get on and off our drive without creating a bigger problem and we will be able to park the caravan at the side of the house if we want to in the near future.
At the end of the video we will show you our ideas and thoughts of what we are looking at doing with the property. We can now move forward with our plans now that the sale is finalised and completed.

This grant is designed to help bring vacant and derelict buildings back to life. We'll be documenting the entire application process, sharing the requirements, the challenges, and how it helps us turn this neglected property into a warm, loving home.
