This can cause us to work more years than we need to, feel restricted in our career and life options, find the financial world intimidating and for-the-erudite. We need to build a vocabulary around our finances and be comfortable with it - what is your net worth, how are your assets distributed? Even if we do outsource our finances to advisors or significant others, we need to understand it and be able to ask intelligent questions. We need to train our children to not only find professions that will help them earn but also build behaviors that will help them grow what they earn. Only then will wealth sustain".
